    Email your support

The most direct way of supporting us is:

    • by sending an email to a school with which you have, or have had, no previous contact explaining what the reversal of low level disruption would mean to you.

    Why do this?

Until now, blame culture - the main outcome of low level disruption - has been seen as the only way of managing education.

    It hasn't worked.

You may have seen recent news articles describing just how much it hasn't worked.

The first step toward genuine improvement must be to stop blame culture, and, instead, encourage people into a more productive discussion:

    • by writing an email to a school with which you have no previous contact you help to demonstrate that blame culture can be replaced by unconditional support;
    • from there, a focus on the overwhelmingly positive realities of human behaviour can begin, a conversation thus far almost completely unrealised.

Watch our email video, and see our email examples below to begin.

    Some email examples

The reversal of low level disruption would mean ...

"... understanding why we do the things that we do and deciding instead to do better things with our time."

The reversal of low level disruption would mean ...

"... being much more in control of our lives and being able to create a much more hopeful future."

The reversal of low level disruption would mean ...

The reversal of low level disruption would mean ...

"... everyone reaching their full potential and seeing how the world was always supposed to work."

    Choosing your school

Choose a school you DON'T already know

For decades the finger of blame for poor behaviour in classrooms has pointed in every direction.

This has been due to a lack of credible information describing where that poor behaviour begins.

Not only does that credible information now exist it reveals the reasons why a co-operative - rather than competitive - response is the only way to reverse poor behaviour in classrooms.

Your email is intended to be the first step toward achieving the co-operative mindset required, by avoiding blame culture.

    Check the school email address

To check the school's email address, click on the school website address (in blue) to visit the website. You can usually find their email address under 'Contact Us'. Writing 'FAO Headteacher' in the Subject Line should be sufficient to direct your email correctly.

Remember: to avoid increasing blame culture, please choose a school that you don't already know.
