    Intelligent thinking

Find out about #RTL seeds below. Then plant your own seed by clicking the button below

    Plant your seed

    If you've ever wondered ...

... how the world would look without conflict, you are ready to plant an #RTLseed. When our conscious mind supports our co-operative instincts, advanced ideas take shape.

Whether your #RTLseed is the work of someone you admire or something you believe would move humanity forward, if it demonstrates our conscious mind working alongside our co-operative instincts:

    • reaching agreement instead of conflict

    it's an #RTLseed.

Watch our video to see how all conflict - internal and external - begins.

92% of everything that currently holds us back can be completely reversed.

    How do #RTLseeds work?

#RTLseeds comprise views or actions that reach both sides of human nature simultaneously: satisfying our competitive AND co-operative nature.

    Here's an example:

    • When the competitive and co-operative sides of human nature agree in classroom behaviour management over 9000 (nine-thousand) hours per year can be added to teaching and learning in an average sized secondary school.

Imagine how many other areas of society could also benefit.

#RTLseeds are short ideas (fewer than 100 words):

    •  to introduce topics for teachers to turn into lessons.

A curriculum that makes full use of of our intelligence, covering every area of society:

    • Art, Biology, Chemistry, Citizenship, Computing, Design, Drama, Economics, English, Geography, History, Languages, Mathematics, Music, Politics, Physics ...

Watch our video to find out what's missing in the existing curriculum.

The Return to Learning strategy began life as a seed:

"What if low level disruption could be stopped for just one day?"

    Everyone has a story ...

... of how someone behaved in a way that defied our traditionally selfish, competitive human behaviour. By turning them into #RTLseeds the foundation stones of bringing true human potential to all areas of society can be laid.

Human life as it was always supposed to be, and how we always wanted it to be

    Some useful reading for #RTLseeds

For millennia we have been forced to resign ourselves to believing that cooperative, unconditionally loving, selfless ideals are beyond our reach.

    It isn't true :)

In part 3 of the RTL strategy we ask teachers to write lessons on these ideals to help move society away from our current belief that we are 'evil' (because that isn't true either) and closer to recognising our true potential:

    • as highly evolved AND unconditionally loving human beings,

an idea that we have only recently been able to realise.

Our world - our life - is undeniably integrative: evolving only as a result of all of life's components working together. Many of the greatest scientists of our time have openly described an overwhelming sense of order in our universe.

We are part of that order.

Our history on Earth thus far has been complicated by not understanding the relationship between two of the most complex systems ever evolved:

    • our co-operative, selfless unconditionally loving instincts, and
    • our competitive, selfish, conditionally loving conscious mind.

With that understanding now achieved, a more advanced understanding is also possible:

    • that our conscious mind evolved to protect our instincts, not replace our instincts or conflict with them.

That advanced understanding begins in schools.

And there are millions of examples in every area of society just waiting to be written!

All #RTL seeds will be considered for use by teachers in creating lessons for Part 3 of the RTL strategy, making best use of the time that low level disruption used to take away.
